the map is not finished yet but its nearly finished.i only need to add 2 watches and some other little stuff

Nice, but I think it should be wider, and higher. Other than that, I have no crits. The furniture is a nice touch. :yes:

omg you post more up-to-date pics here than in FP forums?
:p anyways it looks nice so far, just make the hourglasses rounder and you got a map I'd play for sure :yes:

Ok. Here we go.

The colours are way off. Check some ref pictures.

The shape and size of the structures are wrong aswell.

The side buildings are too thin or too long.

The main building is either to big in width and length or not high enough.

Those sandglass things look like spikes with two cilinders.

And last but not least. If you want to add the small stuff like the beds, make sure you got the right ones. The furniture in your map looks nothing like the furniture used in the show.

Check out the episodes or some screenshots if you don't believe me. That maps needs a lot of work if it would turn out good and authentic.

as i can read you didnt read my first post...and the colours : those are not the right textures.and it have the ideal size for a map.and dont tell me about the furnite.i know that on myself but its better then no details(look at the esf map)

and orbit: i post all in the inteam forum :p thats why you cant see the progress

Its a good start. Why is the Hyperbolic time champer called "rosat" anyways? Still its a nice map. Put some of those jars around there on the inside. The iside by the bed is what i meant.

Its real name is the "Room Of Spirit And Time." I guess FUNimation decided "Hyperbolic Time Chamber" would sound "AWESOME AND COOL!!11one," so they called it that.


The whole thing looks vertically squashed, and the hourglasses are far too short. They should be taller than the main building. They should also be rounded at the top and have a point if you want them to look like Toriyama's. The side parts of the building look too long, as well.

Are the sand grains going to be moving? Make the right and left rooms accessable if you want. If you are looking at it from the front view the Kitchen is in the room on the right and the room on the left is the bathroom.

You should see 1.3 ROSAT, you would sacrifice your own father for that kind of detail. ^^

And I suggest you take Coldeh's advice, he knows well of that which he speaks. Regardless how "not finished" your map is.

eh...i perffer 1.1 rosat over 1.3...from what ive seen..its just gonna be another FPS dropping map..thats confusing..the genius of the original..is that its plain..and wide..lots of fighting space..and nothing to get confused with..but yeah..thats just my opinion

If you don't believe me, check out Dragondude's picture. It displays how it should be done.

In your first post, you say you only need to add two watches and some other little stuff. Little stuff is not the entire thing. Take my criticism seriously.

On a sidenote, can you show another screenshot with an info_player_deathmatch in or near the building?

Woah, I'll say. Something tells me you're not using the ESF .fgd though (for proper player size with the custom hull applied). If you are, then you've really made it too small.

If you're compiling it for ESF and aren't using the proper .fgd, than it'll still probably be too small, but not as bad.

its not, wpoly are about 600 and epoly 3k or so.
so its a VERY fps frienly map :p

about this map, you really should listen to what coldeh says, even though its not for ESF, FP is still HL so its basically the same exept the scale i guess.
