A good type of suggestion would be "How about we use this swoop speed instead of the current one being used?
So little things like values and such is what I'm getting at is whats going to be posted in this forum.

It's possible, but those suggestions (from my understanding) go into the original suggestions forums. The kind of suggestions that go into here are things that could be easily changed. A battle damage system would be time consuming to implement, so it wouldn't be a valid question for this suggestion forum. As for the stamina system, that would be difficult to add as well.

a combination of logic and common sense will do just fine

If its a big suggestion post in the normal one if its a simple minor one then post it in this forum.

For example a big suggestion would be like "Hey give all the characters another basic ki attack"

Where as a small suggestion would just be "Change the font so its bigger"
