What you talking about lol? Tuffles = Bebi Vegeta + Dr. Myuu, e.c.t, in that pic is bebi vegeta a tuffle.

No Bebi Vegeta is not a Tuffle. Bebi is. And Myuu is allso a different specias who was used to create a Tuffle.
