I just got Adobe Photoshop and Milk Shape 3-D, I have decomplied a model, but i can't open it up in Milk Shape, I used the search and read the stickies but i can't find the answer, please help me

import the reference smd file (charactername.smd)

import the smd of an existing animation then export it as sequence smd overwriting the one u wanted to edit fter uve made ur changes

ok, kool where/how can I change the animations. Sorry for the inconvience

edit: I can select certain skeleton part, but how do i move them, and not the camera angel

bahh, theres no real "reanimating" needed, just decomp the 1.0 into a folder with just its reference and textures in that then decomp the 1.1 model u want it to replace and its sequences and qc file and compile, your 1.0 model is now a 1.1



(bahh i sould get a medal or sumthin, cuz im so nice)

ok, last question(i swear:laff: ) How can i recomplie the new model, can Milk shape do it?


(and yes you do deserve a medal, most people wouldn't be this much help)

yeah milkshape can, click on tools>half-life>compile qc file
