Search a program called "Wally Texture Editor". It is the only one out there I know of. To make sprays, you need certain demensions and maximum memory size of the wad to be 12 kB or lower. The demensions need to be powers of 2, or HL will not recognize you pldecal.wad.

Thanks man. When i was on the ntp team i did some work with one of the mappers there [squishy] and he told me to use wally, but i didnt know how to find it on google casue he sent it to me when he told me to use it, but i dont have it on this computer
