Well, I know that before he transforms he doesnt have his cape or turban, so it is highly unlikely he will for his first transformation either!!

Well, Picollo just bulks up and gets stronger... which really sucks in my opinion.

Thats nothing compared to the crappy 'Krillin grows hair and changes clothes magically' transformation. I mean, really, put some more imagination into the transformations!
