Putting images on images

I made a bg and put text on it ,
And i opened a DBZ anime characer i wanted to put on and i dont know how to!

Try looking for tutorials to see if they have ne thing on that subject. I dont know that much about imaging programs:cry:

that was my first problem,too.
open a pic you want in photoshop and click with da mouse on it.Hold da mouse button and pull it over da psd file(your bg).Then leave your mousekey.
