ps controller for xbox

how do i get my ps controller to work with teh xbox i cut the wires and conected them but theres no wite for the ps so i have an empty wire to connect. i only get the analog light to come on.

i know i seen a thread about this a long time ago someone help :]

You can actually buy a special connecter for that so you can use a ps2 and a gc controler on any concel. Where to getit.. I do not know but i know there is one out there.
