Problem with installing 1.2.3

Hello im new here and I have a problem installing ESF 1.2.3.I go to install it and cant select the install button.Can anyone help?

ya. And don't double post edit your last one. You could also look in the Newbie Central thing where you made this thread because there are a lot like this just look in them or search for help with installing or something. *edit* Plus at the top of the newbie central threads it says FAQ read before posting.
