Problem with hl_i386.so library

Hi.
I'm trying to set the server for esf on linux. I made all the instructions of the linux server tutorial. I receive this message:

The directory structure is this:

/halflife/hlds_l
/halflife/hlds_l/esf
/halflife/hlds_lesf/linuxdlls/hl_i386.so

I saw the post that talks about some similar problem where you talk about glibc.. but I don't understand very good how to solve de problem. Anyway the link to the recompiled library is broken in that post.
