Problem with Autorun.exe.

Okay, so I go and put the CD into the drive, and then I go to the Autorun.exe file, but an error pops up and says "E:\ is not a valid Win32 Application" First thing, I have Win64, and I'm trying to install NHL 06. This is sort of upsetting me. Help?
