i've been doing alot of tuts latly and this is what i got what cha thik :laff:
and can u rate it plz

That's the Green Lantern I'm guessing.

Just make the font a darker green like that thing he seems to be shooting through, and you got a winner.

I'm not a huge fan of the border style.

It's also a bit too shiny, bothers my eyes slightly when looking at it, the effects look nice however. I don't like how the border gets "cut" where the character is though. Also like Synth said, make the font darker perhaps. I'll rate it a 6,5/10.

Yeah change up your boarders man. Using the same style in sigs gets boring pretty quick.

I like it if you make the font darker, and the lines around it, change the border, and you're golden.

Your style is decent, but your font and BG lack the same intensity.
