I don't know also and want to know, so I'm guessing that it shows how many bonuses we have (those one announced in "New Melee System")? Is it right? :-/ Let me know.

And which one bar shows us when we can transform?

The bar has been answered in one of the posts above by Grega :

As for the transformation meter, that's the "CF" above the KI.
