Looks really cool. Here are some tips : 1) Make it softer - it's too sharp. 2) Reduce the density(except if it's variable which changes).

As Grega quoted Ryo, it's WIP. I'm sure character lighting isn't affected by this kind of weather system yet.

looks nice indeed.
but i kinda think it's too hard on the eyes.
If i run outside in pooring rain, i still can see more than in that picture

it all depends on how the rain reflects light, but i doubt it's even possible to implement such a feature in any game atm.

The outfit is fine, if you look at Goku from the Cell/Buu arc, those are the colors he uses.
