lot's of times i post something and it isn't added to my post count. i already replyed 3 times today but my post count is still 34.

You see, in the offtopic and signatures section, posts do not count because in the offtopic area you can spam as much as you like about nothing and in the sig section its a place just to test if your sig looks nice/works

it could also be the fact that u r posting too short:

ex.: "ey thats nice"

It happen often to me. And i don't post in off-topic.

when people post in threads and they get sent to offtopic or sig area, i think it deducts the posts off you. And whenever you try to reply in a post, reframe from using like 2 words etc... Give a meaning to your post.

Everything in the General Topic will not give to posts including Signatures in the Artwork section.
Everything in the Development Topic will give you posts.

And it takes the server a bit to update sometimes as well.
