So, it's late at night, and I'm frantically searching through my wallet for the money that's going to pay off Tony tomorrow, or he's going to break my legs (again). Things are not looking good thus far:
A large, accreted bundle of ATM receipts
Two very old bus tickets
A cashflow card
A credit card
Bus card
Three driver's licenses (!?)
An old university student card
An even older high school student card
2 library cards
An old community services card
A piece of yellowish paper with several phone numbers hastily scribbled on it
A phone card
A 5 dollar note for Showgirls (not legal tender)
A 2 dollar note for "The United States of Auckland" (also not legal tender, plus it has Monica's phone number on it)
2 cards for video shops (one of them is Blockbusters)
Fly Buy's card
National Insurance card
AA card.
Several notes amounting to NZ$40
Now if I can just find my other wallet . . . seems like several cards are missing.
It's surprising what you can find in your wallet when you rip out all the contents, and I thought it would interesting to see what "artefacts" other people have hidden away in their wallets . . . or purse if that's your fancy. Seems like quite an original topic, and hopefully one that won't have the forum dinosaurs rearing their heads in protest with cries along the lines of, "this sort of thread has been around since before Mars still had liquid water!"
