ports needed for port triggering for ESF/Half-life

I was just wondering, do anyone know the ports needed for port triggering for ESF/Half-life?

Do anyone have a port triggering guide?
No, I cant find my router in protforward.com list

Port triggering is not needed. If you want a server, you have to forward the server port and the server port only. To play online, you don't have to forward any ports.

I made this Thread not a long time ago and the last answer didnt help either, so I do need to open ports to play online...
