Plzz help this lil n00b with lans

Hi ya'll,iv installed esf and i just installed the 2.0(or 20 im not sure),and when i try to get into a game,creating or joining,lan or online it comes up with the black screen and just says "loading"in the yellow letters!?!?!What am i doing wrong,any help much apreciated,Oh,and iv herd theres bots,anyone know where from?

have you ever played online with your "good ol´ 56k"?
because i think your modem/isp is the problem

iv never played esf online but iv played on lan with friends,but i play dod,cs online all the time

try to redownload esf and reinstall it (after you delete the old installation)

Check to see if you have a MP3 folder, if not create one called MP3 and inside it, create a new text document and name it Playlist. It's most likely looking for the MP3's and is hanging your system because of it.

That has happened to me b4 where it just get sstuck on the loading screen!! Altho, everytime that happened to me, I just exited HL and restarted it, and it worked again!!

In your Esforces directory:

c:/sierra/halflife/esforces/mp3

Once you make the MP3 folder, create a text document inside of it and just save it as Playlist

Double click MP3 folder. Once inside, press your right mouse button and under New, find Text Document. It will then make one prompting you to give it a title. Title it Playlist. Your done!!

I don't know how "thick" you are, so I'll just explain it like your an idiot

that is not working well because of your computer.Do you have windows me.If you do upgrade to windows xp.It will work better then windows me.

for some reason if i install it without it doesnt work
