please i cant install!!

im trying to install ESF but when i get to the install screen thingy i try pressing install and nothing happens PLEASE HELP!

Did you download steam and got half life 1 in steam if so you put it in program files/Steam/steam apps/half life and install it there

Makesure you run Half Life atleast once before trying to install ESF.

Make sure ur installing into your Half-Life directory or it wont work.

I talked to him in the chatbox and he didn't have Half-Life or Steam, so I told him what he had to do and he didn't want to buy Half-Life. I don't think any further assistance is required

You totally need Steam and Half-Life attached to it to play this mod.

A) ESF will not working properly without a legal Half Life.
B) You will not get any support from us if you don't use Steam and a legal Half Life.

LoL yea,anyways i had this problem before buying the original Half-Life,now i bought it,i have no problems and ive installed 4 mods on it.Yesterday i saw that steam was having reduce in prices.(2 Euros for Half-Life OMG)

Yup... would be great if steam had some kind of feature if you bought half-life a week before the price reductions, that you'll get least get some back.
