Playlist problem

I have installed the game, half-life 1 and Steam.
I can launch the game, but when I want to choose "console", a message appears: "No songs in the playlist" (you can see it on the screenshot).

And then... Nothing else happens. I must click "escape" to return at the first window...


So, I searched where the songs could be, and I found the folder "half-life\esf\mp3". I have found this application "PlaylistEditor2_2" and launch it. And I saw this:

I think the two messages are linked... But I don't know what to do. So, what do you suggest me?

That doesnt look like STEAM to me :s

The first picture is defenitly WON console.

Though, I have downloaded Steam and I have installed half-life and ESF in the folder "Valve\Steam\SteamApps\"...

It must work, no?

Can you post a picture of the main menu?

That should tell us if you are really using STEAM or not.

You're using WON...

You're using WON to open ESF. Use Steam to open ESF.

Yea you are not using STEAM.

Thats not where Half Life is installed if it is done from STEAM. Allso you dont have the half-life.gcf file.

Thats how its supposed to be installed. Ofcourse if you have a half life downloaded from the net you cant use it with STEAM.
