Player Shadow in ESF Open Beta Final

I've changed the command in the config.cfg "cl_playershadow "0" to "cl_playershadow "1".
And the player shadow appear.
It is normal that by changing an number the player shadow appear?

Look at the first 3 seconds of the video. Goku clearly casts a shadow.

And the 0 to 1 thing is normal.

0 = off
1 = on ^^

Its called cvars.

I don't think you're understanding what we're saying.

The shadows were included in Open Beta: Final, they're just off by default. You turned them on using a cvar in console.

No i'm not turned on with the console.
I've modified the config.cfg

Its the same thing. All commands in the .cfg files get placed into the console when teh game loads. And they can all be changed by using the console.

And ofcourse the player shadows are identical. They are the same thing >.<

They weren't intended for OB:F.
