I can't really hear much of a "pirate sound" in the first two. They just try to talk/sing/rap/shout/scream stuff about pirates. Alecstorm actually have suitable lyrics for a pirate song. The guitar work and synth add to the effect too. I still don't really like metal.

Ska Punk, that's more pleasant to my ear .
