I'm just registered on this site called lowpoly workshop and the model is for that site... i acutally didn't even care what poly count the final model would have luckily it was under 1k

I agree on the cheeks... stupid poly-flow.
But I think the eyes are ok, here are the refs I used:

It might be just from the angle. It just looks like the eyes are a bit off shape.

you could cut down probably half of the polys and not lose the shape of it. Keep it pushing.
