not bad need to work on the skin of cape. if ya can. and make the shoulder part not so long

ur problem witht he vertex assignment is when u put a skeleton on a model u need to assign every vertex to a bone. theres a button in the joints tab that says select unassigned. click that and the vertices that arent assigned will glow. assign them to the proper bone then recompile. that should solve ur prob.
