Well...
Two options:

1) Cape and turban as a form, first form wears them and the next form don't

2) my stupid "original" idea, you can wear the turban and cape or unwear them whenever you want(you can switch every 30 seconds), the turban and cape make you slower, but you gain more Energy when you kill someone in Melee

Therefore, Piccolo doesn't really have a transformation in ESF...

Personally, I think the Super Namek transformation would be a good one.

First form:

Weighted turban and cape. No one should be saying anything about a cape because Buu has it and it works fine. I don't see why the Opera made that such a big deal anyhow

Second form:

He throws the weighted clothing off and powers up with a white aura, much like a Saiyan does after reaching that 2nd stage of transforming. Perhaps this should be a one-time thing but the multiplier should be two

Third (Future):

Piccolo meditates since the idea of someone popping out of nowhere and fusing with him is just all out-dumb. After the transformation, use a third model to make Piccolo look buffer, like when he fought 17. No one can say he didn't look diesel then compared to other times.

Simple as that.

ummmm he already has two trans, and adding a third wouldnt be too difficult. And actually, if the saiyans are getting ssj2 then piccolo either needs a bigger power multiplier on his first trans or he needs a second trans so he doesnt fall behind pl wise.

this is *** your all argueing over Piccolo's transformation, The MEDDING SUCKS, when piccolo meds in the series, he doesnt reach a new lvl or anything, THE best IDEA is to make him rip off his cape and turban end of STORY.


Plus another is when powered up to fight 17 he got hella buff, and that awesome aura he had on him..

those are the only 2 good ones for his transformation, im serious, u never see piccolo transform or go to new lvl while medding, he trains in his mind while medding, its a whole different story..

A) He'd probably be either all powerful or too weak. I don't see how a thing that size would be balanced into the game.

or

B) "Oh look, it's an oozaru." Then you hear seven simultaneous kame'a and a final flash for flare charged and would all converge on poor like chimp man.
