Since nobody is thinkg about Picolo in esf 1.3 i'v got some sugestion's
Picolo suld have a faster transformation

perfect trans:3 000 000
and maybe to have a small addvantej like this
a picolo weapon is to make an aura someting like a turbo aura to rise ki 0.5x
since he done not have any buddy but they can buddy dende or dende can came and heal him only if his hp its below 5 and his hp can go up to 20 if dende heal him

Piccolo is a good character . Doesn't need a faster transformation.
The Dende ideea is a good one but not as buddy because Dende wasn't much of a fighter.

Not not a buddy justa a healer and only to get his hp up to 20hp from 5 hp, can heal 1hp /sec

your ideas aren't great.

Except maybe the heal, thats a good idea. Instead of a buddy have a natural regen. If his health falls below 20, he could regen all the way to 20 with 2hp/5seconds
