Remove the border, it makes the sig look too damn empty and the purple highlights dont fit quite well either + what's with the overblur and the overall picture quality?

I blurred certain parts of the signature to create depth.

Yea, sorry man don't really like it. The stock bothers me for some reason and those purple blurs aren't very nice on the eyes.

As you may know, my skills have been declining, this is my first signature out of about 3 or 4 months ago.

That's still not an excuse though.

I couldn't really find anything to add as in effects, I tried not to use C4Ds or grunge brushes.

Just displacements.
