I wanna take one part of an image and put it on a complely new image how can i do this on paintshop pro

use the lasso till and set it t point to point, then proced to make an outline of the image.after its all outlined simply hit crtl + C, and then paste it on your new one

Umm is that what the tool is called cuz i can't find it.
btw i did look at the tutorials and they didnt seem usful to me.

use the LASSO or POLYOGONAL LASSO or both, then press ctrl+c and select the image you wanted to put it in and press ctrl+v

where are these located i didnt see lasso .
btw i used free hand tool and i didnt like it takes a while and u have to be very carefull cuz i need this perfect so i dont plan on using it

Well if you want it perfect, you have to use the lasso, it's the only tool you can use.

how do you not know what the lasso looks like? have you been using the program for what, 5 minutes? its somewhere on the toolbar, or if you cant find it check the manual
