Photoshop question

I want to ask how to make something in photoshop in a blazing, edgy way, NOT SMOOTH. (If it helps like the super Kamehameha Gohan move in budokai 2 and 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyBc_QSzrdQ last minute)

And you know how to make a beam like effect that if it has blazing edges coming from it (Like in the video) you know how to make it that its not static and the blazes keeps coming (Again like in the video above)

It's called "ANIMATION" a simple concept, one however that evades likes of yourself and degenerate bipolar kittens.

LESSON ONE.

By showing an image, and then quickly changing it over and over at a constant rate you get the illusion of "MOVEMENT" from still images.

I know this illusion, you see it in all kinds of stuff. I asked what is the tool in photoshop to make the beam waves edgy, like in the video.

Yeah that last part wasn't explained very successfully.

Deco, try not to be offended, you didn't explain your question very well in the first instance, so it's naturally going to get a less than helpful response.

Warren, unless you want a vacation, i suggest you button up, and learn the difference between being a helpful jerk, and just being a jerl. As a friend of mine over on polycount said recently: "a punch to the balls without any helpful criticism, is just a punch in the balls". in other words, criticising someone is always good, as long as you help them too.

What tool in photoshop can be used to make things sharp, edgy, like an edgy end.

i always use the smuge tool to make it wavey like that
