photoshop 7 tips

can someone give me some tips to make better effect mor my sigs that im making im kinda new at photoshop but not really new at it but i c lots of ppl usong it and getting better results then i am so any suggestions??

all i can say is to experiment. Its how any of my art gets made. Try mixing effexts. Use the basic colors and shades (blue green red, white, black) and try defferent blending and fitering techniques and mix them. Thats how i got to where i am I havent showed any work for awhile cause im still kinda working on my skills a bit, but their getting there fast. Hope that helps. You could try some tutorials, but I went without them and im doing okay
