1. How do I make things transparent/fade (Like the gohan in my sig)?

2. How do I change a picture to the same color as the backround but keep the outline of the picture?

Oh yea. I used photo shop 7.

1. change the opacity of the image
2. You can make a new color layer

Exactly but for the color thing i like using neon glow thats the same color as the BG i think it adds a kool effect but that me.:fight:

yes for first Q you should change opacity.

for 2nd question change blending mode to luminosity.
