Photo Shop Elements 2.0??

Hey I have photoshop 7.0 but it seems a bit 2 complictaed for my understanding so does anyone know where i caan download a full version of photoshop elements 2.0??

Well, it seems to be a program to pay for...look it up on google and look for it..I think photoship elements is a not-so-great version of photoshop, but as for asking for software to download, it's frowned upon at these boards. Sorry.
