Perfect transformations with turbo and swoop

Well...in DBZ you often see someone swooping to a guy and then turning ssj or something while they are going..maybe you should put this in then...and also ability to transform with turbo on ONLY after reaching the perfect trans pl without turbo on.....goes for both suggestions..

Or how about when you go turbo and you swoop having your swoop speed increased since it does drain ki.

I have an idea. How about when you reach the perfect trans pl, you can trans while you swoop! Oh wait....yeah, a thread was made about this already.

Whats the point of transing with the turbo on?
