Second thought: Hm looks like Frieza, but:
1) Proportions look wrong
2) Skin looks ugly on some parts (chest, this SCARY face)

But it IS a Frieza, that can be seen...

Suggestions,

He is FAR too tall and is not nearly built enough. Make him shorter and have larger limbs and shoulders.

The skin could use some work, think of your current skin as a map.

Please work on it a lot more because there are no freezer models!

you cant tell how tall he is, hes not standing next to anything so you cant tell. and there was a frieza form 4 released, cant talk about it here.
if you fix the skin up a little it will look alot better. the black lines on his chest, make them a medium dark grey color.

Well my only comment he looks like a Frieza stick and his face would wanna meet him in a dark alley at midnight sorry bud the model needs allot of work so i suggest u make him musculair and smaller and try to give him a Frieza face

The tail doesn't blend too well, with the rest of thebody, and it looks like someone just took a sharpie pen and scribbled on his chest.

actually it IS for esf... Evolution mod will be a server plug in which will allow you to change to higher states which is not included in esf by itself
for example perfect cell, frieza form 2, 3, 4, ssj2,3,4
