Overall, this is a great model. The only one thing I'm slightly confused about is this:

I'm not exactly sure what that's supposed to be, it looks kind of unnatural. Other than that, great job.

Only problem is that it's hard to tell. My opinion is that it either needs to be more distinguishable or be removed. It would look just as good with no adam's apple.
