People Automatically drop from my server, when i look at the console it says "ESFnoob" dropped or "IRONMAN" dropped, im wanting them to be able to join and download my custom model and just join me in general, what causes a drop? my ports are forwarded.

There used to be a command something like cl_allowdownload 1. not sure if its supported by ESF or if its the right command. i'll look it up.
cl_allow_download 0 toggles download of maps, models and decals when joining a server - * 1 is 'on', 0 is 'off'

cl_download_ingame 0 toggles downloads of models and decals during a game - * 1 is 'on', 0 is 'off'
I dont know if and what command even works in ESF. but you could try these out
