On the Annihilatrix.
Looks fine to me dude, im surprised how cheap everything is.

The only thing i need to point out is that you'd have better performance if you get your CD/DVD/HDD drives using SATA instead of PATA.

Also, if you get some ram with lower latencies than that G.Skill stuff you linked, you'll also be performing higher.

1) http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16814998101
not sure why you would need this, the video card in your link comes with 2.

2) That processor doesnt seem to come with a heatsink/cooler, might wanna check into that.
this one seems decent. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185125

Also I dont think the CPU(socket 939) you linked will fit the motherboard(socket AM2 940 pin)
If you wanna stick with an AM2 mobo your gonna need a AM2 CPU.

If you wanna go with socket 939 CPU, you will need a different mobo.
perhaps this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131033

3) The motherboard you linked has onboard video, since your getting a addin video card, you really dont need the onboard video.
I'd maybe go with this one instead.

Lastly as far as hard drives go I have always liked Seagate, they are bit higher in price but Id trust the quality over most.
You might wanna look into them and see what you think.

I think that's about it.

If I got anything wrong lemme know ;)

hopefully you havent ordered yet
