And they never will have advanced melee animations. That system was horrible and has been thrown out of the game :p

Fully playable is an overstatement ^^

I cant even play it myself. During the last tester meeting only 4 testers were able to play XD

Fun, huh? Sure, we have a good time, but it can be frustrating as hell. Especially trying to source crashes when they're not dumping mdmps. "Turn this off" *crash* "Ok, try this" *crash* "Alright, coded a change, do it again" *crash* "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"

We had a fantastic time sitting about ^^. The inteam is just about functional (sometimes) but by no means fully playable.

And you spamalot.

I think when you have an windows xp or vista you should be able to run it.
Dont forget it still runs on a half-life 1 engine.
Dont know how much ram you gonna need.
Wasnt ECX needed arround 1GB of ram??
Cant remember :(
So yeah I think you need 1.5 or maybe 2 GB for ESF:Final.
So dont come with an pentium 2 because I am sure that wont work hehehehe.

But maybe 1 of the team can tell ya exactly what ya gonna need.

Again you will need an SSE2 compatible CPU and most probably a GFX card that supports model shader 3.0
