Opening .UAX Files - Republic Commando

Just getting Republic Commando, I was curious: How does one open a .uax sound package file? That's the format the come in. Does anybody know?

If you have UnrealED (which comes with most Unreal Engine games) you can open them and even convert the contents to WAV files.
