I wasn't expecting that. When they merged, they got a lot of funding, they were supposed to be a super publisher and become bigger than everyone else. I'm disappointed =/

I never liked any of their games anyway. Saboteur looks interesting though.

If EA buys Blizzard, I will become the Anti-Christ and get this motha****ing **** started.

Though, I guess in the end... it's just a distribution deal.

Yeah but EA suck 'teh balls' across a vast spectrum. Everything they touch turns to ass.

Wonder if this means they'll make a sub-par sequel to Bioshock?

That sounds good. Hope they make it more action-y. Possibly real-time, with some actual skill required?

Ohh I am so getting bashed for that. :<

Well hopefully Bioware will command the same respect and power within EA that Will Wright does.

I would like to say "Owned!", but then I remember having enjoyed BioWare games, and so feel inclined to exlaim "D'oh!" in a disheartened fashion.

I have a feeling it'll boil down to EA and Valve Corporation. EA Games buys out the competition while Valve Corporation supports the competition by allowing them to distribute their games over Steam.

I sincerely doubt it will be EA vs Valve. I hope it will, but it won't. It's going to be EA vs Activision with some Take Two thrown in if they can stop sucking.
