AxMan was brutally murdered by Overlord with a Dictionary! :O

I got bored whilst playing Sleuth so I started putting in names of people from here. Out of the 2 games that I remember the victims were AxMan and Security.......and I think Overlord was the murderer both times....

For people who aren't familier with Sleuth, it's an old detective game and in one mode you can enter 7 names of your choosing. Out of those seven names 1 is randomly selected as the victim and another as the murderer. It's great fun because things are random all the time.

EDIT: I just played another game and this time I was murdered by Dust. : ( He didn't hide the murder weapon well though, it was in the same room that he killed me in.

Well.....Cuc should have his work cut out for him in the End of the ESF Forums as Smith just got killed by Alea. XD

Cuc just killed Fire Phoenix and then he beat me to death with a mallet when I was trying to solve the case. ;_;

I don't think it was EVER sold. If I remember rightly it's older than I am. I've had this game since we had the old 3.86 computer (which happens to be under my desk). XD

Ok, I got really bored and decided to have a mass ESF community Sleuth spree. I didn't include that many people though. Only 40 people, and only 7 could be in each game. Once someone had been murdered in a game they would not enter any other games. There ended up with 6 people who didn't die because there needs to be 7 for a game. I don't class them as winners though. Everyone who died has their name in red.

Oh and whenever it says that someone killed "Detective" it means they killed me before I solved the case, but I do know who they killed in that game and that person is the person listed before "Detective".

I have to admit, I was a little unhappy when Smith| died because he had been alive for so long. : ( I attribute his survival to his utter sex of a voice. XD

Doom 1 or Doom 3? Wow that is quite a gap there and if you would have checked the download link, it has two colors. Blue and gray, it's like a maze-ish lookin' thingymabob.

@Bapplebo: I can't save people in Sleuth as the person dies at the beginning of the game. Otherwise there wouldn't be a need for a detective. XD The graphics are Pre-Doom 1. ^^"

@Smith|: actually you came joint second with TekNik in kills. Hamppu came first. XD

@Dewd: While that is true the background colour (the blue) actually changes. :O We're dealing with very advanced graphics here.

Must say, I've never known such a bunch of murderous sods. I (as the detective) have never been killed so regularly as I was when including all of you. XD

Damn, this game is hard. Everytime I play it, the murderer gets suspicious of me before I can even find the murder weapon. (and that is, IF I can find the murder weapon.)
I really don't get it, I search trough the whole house, and than the murderer comes after me and he talks about a murder weapon that I couldn't even find in any room, how the hell am I supposed to catch him then?

Well obviously your prize is the heads of your victims on rather decorative sheilds for easy mounting above fireplaces. ^_^

Don't worry I died second and it was my spree. XD And you killed Security and the Detective in a non-spree game afterwards too. ;_;

Ok, I assume that you've gotten the magnifying glass. Now then, have you searched the secret room (the one with no doorway)? If not, to get in there you go into the room below it and try every part of the wall they share for a secret passage (just walk up into different places until you find it, the square that the passage is in changes with each game). Now, to get out of it you do the same but your character will disappear, after he has disappeared you need to press up once more.
