hey guys!

Just thought I'd get some opinions from the people who played MGS: Twin Snakes.

I loved the game, even though it had some ghey things that I hated from MGS2 in it >_>

otherwise it was great, what do you guys think?

On a side note I am not "back" I'm just posting from a comp I found lying in the street :O.

i hated twin snakes in comparison to the original, it had better graphics, but they made it too easy, hell i remember when rex actually posed a threat, now hes a pushover, (i played it in normal mode)

not to mention the bad character animations, jus look at liquid snakes shoulder when he takes his shirt off, he dislocates his shoulder every 5 seconds, and thats only one example of that,

i did buy it and play it, but i didnt think it was as good as the first one

One of my favourite games for the gamecube. It took Snake's hardness from the second game and put it in the first game, that's good enough for me. Best thing for me though is without doubt the cutscenes, some of the most cinematic I've ever seen not to mention some of the coolest, I mean, when the Ninja trys to kill Snake after you fight Ocelot, it's just plain awesome.

PURE OWNAGE

the ammount of ownage this game has is beyond and comparison its just too good


new hyper bad ass movies

new moves

shortcuts in places (i absolutely ****ing love thoes pipes in the rex room so much easyer)

new items

new bad guys

it now looks like you're playing a big boss i wish the would remake Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake the MSX versions with the snake eater engine

Well, I rented Twin Snakes first, as I was hesitant to get another copy of MGS (as I still own the original). I liked seeing a new version that ran smoothly and had some updated gameplay elements, but I decided not to purchase it....both to save money and because I really didn't see all that much new that made me want to buy it. Perhaps when it gets cheaper, I will re-evaluate that decision

On the other hand: Good to see that there happened to be a computer laying on the street that you could use. All of my mentoring is paying off

Hope you're still doing well, and remember, things WILL work out.

Its good, well updated and worth the money if you love MGS or Stealth games.
