Derived from the Devil Information Thread is the following list of WonID's. Please add them to your autoexec.cfg file to ban the WonID's that Devil and/or other crashers have been known to use.

These bans will remain permanent, this way. However, there is a bug with HLDS and AM right now that wipes the banned.cfg every once in a while. So be sure to check periodically to make sure you still have these bans in place.

Please note that new WONID's and names will only be added to this list, if the information provided to us is accompanied by original screenshots proving the claim. Post in this thread only if you have some information to give us, coupled with links to screenshots as well.

The purpose of this thread is to spread awareness about certain actions performed by people, and NOT to comment or argue about crashing and/or someone in particular.

Now if i put this in the server.cfg then it might work. When servers restart they seem to wipe the banned.cfg but server.cfg loading the bans would fix that... Thanks for putting the time into putting them together, its mucho appreciated.

Grrr, Why is my WonID in there, mine is 2678735. I have never crashed a server or hacked but have been accused of doing so many many times. I would appreciate it if you would take my WonID off that list (2678735)

No one can use your WonID without having your CD key. WonID's are public information.

Hey, great job on the list. Devil has been in my server (~].SL.[~ Clan Server) non-stop lately.

I HAVE RESOLUTION TO THE DELETED BANNED.CFG!!!!

Go into your esf folder and right-click into properties on your banned;cfg file. Select "Read Only" and then the file becomes un-writeable. So things cannot be added or erased. So if you want to ban someone in your server, just get a screen of their ID and go back to your banned,cfg and unlock it to add the wonID, then lock it back up

Simple as that.

Someone should just take legal action against him, or whoever pays for his internet... that'd stop him nice and fast

I'm sure under threat of a lawsuit, the company would kindly reveal where he can be found.. as long as u have his full IP address from recently..

Yeah I saw Devil on DOA's server. He was using the name DEVIL and WONID 3195591.

I encountered Devil on DoA's server, using 3 names--Devil, Player, and Evil. His WONID was 333709.

Wonid's are useless now. He has a 1000 of them can change them up. Get his IP and his ISP and I"ll snip his balls.

I have one of devil's IP (216.175.107.222 - taken straight from my server log with wonID 333709) but his IP is dynamic, not static, so the last 2 sets of digits (107.222) always change.. is there anyway to ban him by banning the entire subnet (ie. 216.175.*.*)? I don't really care that much if a few ppl in this subnet lose out on playing in my server as long as devil himself is unable to play. I've tried banning 216.175.0.0 (covers all numbers 1-277 I think) but he still gets in with that. I realize that this thread is for an updated list of wonID's on devil, but the last post asked for the IP, so I thought this to be an appropriate reply.

Next time my friend is on and has time and devil crashes the server I'm going to grab his mac address. Besides that there is nothing you can do unless you ban the wonids.

I've got an idea. We need to start off with a general banning first. Maybe we can ban just Earthlink from ESF Servers or Earthlink's coverage in the West Coast. After we do this, we will eventually find out his exact location so we can ban his subnets.

Wonids correspond to your cdkey and you can edit your cdkey in the registry if you want.

Try banning mindspring. I've seen a server do that and it seemed to work. I haven't seen retard in a long while.
