Ok, I downloaded esf from fileplanet's server(36mb if i remember right) And I save it in my Half life folder. When the download is complete I click on esf20.exe and it says:

F:\Games\Half Life\esf20.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I have no idea what's causing this but I geuss it's Win XP pro doesnt support it or something.

So Could some1 PLEASE help me???

The fileplanet file is not corrupted. The file may have been corrupted during the download process especially if you used some form of download accelerator. Try downloading it again without using any download accelerators nor running any CPU intensive applications.
