Norton problem

Now, i was recently doing something and recieved a trojan.

Ive been doing everything said here:

But.. when I go into safe mode to run norton and get rid of the problem, i get an error when opening norton and it says: Syntamatic Interegator must close.
Theres the "End now" button and everything and theres nothing to do. Now, those trojan is a pain in the ass and I cant get rid of it.

Andbody know what to do?

My virus knowledge aint great, but there are certain virus/trojan who corrupt your norton.

The only option is too reinstall norton.

But I could be wrong >_>

Have you tried running LiveUpdate?

get Mcaffe. Mcaffe kicks major ass ^^. It runs 24/7 (or as long as your pc is on) and it detects and kills virus's/trojans for you.

It would be a god if it got spyware though

Norton too, but sometimes(Like if you put the worm protection off, because of the continue blocking with online games :tired: ), a virus gets past it.

Well, 14 hours, 40 dollars, and 7 calls to random people in India for tech support, im trojan free. But im gonna try that spysweeper. I had it once before but it found nothing verytime I ran it
