Alright boys and girls. We're going to do a seeded tournament to acquire the now vacant North American Belt (North American Continent Only). Seeded means ranked, and with that in mind I have asked around the community for rankings of top players and am taking the averages, for those who havent played in a while we ranked you based on pass preformance and stuff.
I'm going to close off sign ups by 10/26/13 and want to have at least first round done by 10/30/13, but we'll see how it goes.
Rules: 1, 2, 3 allowed, 1 additional hit on terain No exploits, No Buu/Cell
Maps: Any
Servers: Chicago, NY, and Dallas as a last resort due to the settings being funky there
