1. No, you can not release it because part of it is Nuttzys and gilmores, and they did not want it edited, I know what It says in the readme, but Im changing it.
2. I wanted people to ASK me before they showed the stuff.

THE BASE MODEL ARMS WERENT SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BASE MODEL, unless i granted you permission to do so,

ive been letting it slide, but im tired of giving people an excuse to slack off by not making thier own arms by ripping mine, (yes ripping)

well i said publically that my hands/arms werent to be used in ANY other models anymore unless asked beforehand,

iceman and crackerjack have been the only 2 people that have asked,

all other models using parts of my base but are not models made from the atcual base, (this one for example) is a ripped model,

why should you be an exception?, if i started ignoring the rule i just made, id be doing what i did before,

the models arms were NEVER meant mean to be taken off of the base, its not til recently am i tired of letting people get away with it, your model is a rip, simple as that

i apologize for my bluntness on the issue, but i made that statement before you made this post, so your only true excuse is not taking he time to read it, cuz i never recived a PM or ar a mesage asking for permission before it was posted,

i dont mean to be mean about this, but i started to regret releasing the base model not long after i released it,


then people began using it for purposes i didnt intend for it to be used for, which was fine by me if they had permission, but 95% of the editors did not, i was being pretty lenient on the many many rips used the arms, but im tired of letting it go unnoticed,

i hope you inderstand
