No winner means that if you have the beam struggle bar divided into 3 parts:

The middle section to be for a draw result meaning that if the scrool stays more that 12 sec. or a period of defined time in that area the beams explode like in the show creating a massive energy ball....

one thing i think the beams musn't be incolor example the kamehameha could be milk like white and when the beams explode they look like they grow and then they becam little again .. and that's not so cool

Sorry my drawing is not so good i wanted the bar divided into 1 part about 2/10 of the beam struggle ; 1 part 8/10 from the beam struggle bar ; and 1 part 2/10 of the bar ; 2/10 of the bar is for the players;

this has been suggested many a times, you really should read all the threads, for instance read my thread on beam PS theres a good explanition there as well as many others
