No menu in game.

First of all, Hi. Second - my problem.
So, i have all done and installed ESF. But there is a problem - i start game, and in game there is no menu. Like, no radar, no showing of PL, hitpoints, no nothing. Just standing character. Version 1.2.3. Maybe there is command or something is broken in my install?

Tried, nothing happened. I bringed console dawn, written hud_draw 1, and presed enter, and nothing happened, even in the console there was nothing after i pressed enter.

Can you post a picture of the console after you use that command?

No, i can't. But you can imagine how it is, it's like:
