No controls!

Well, steam was working fine and dandy before, but for some reason my control setup is gone, and when I go to change them back, there is no control options, like, everything is gone. Hard to explain with text, but basically, the control screen is blank, where normally it would have a list like "fly" and"powerup" and stuff, all gone.

um, I dont feel like dounloading a 100+ mb file at 15 kbps (no, its not me thats slow, ithe the server at esf-world). I found a thread a few pages back that helped. thanks anyways
